SPECIAL THANKS:
Thanks to Ortho-clinical Diagnostic a Company of Johnson and Johnson for
their baby product drive. Special thanks to the leadership team for
presenting this opportunity to us, especially Lorraine Clearly the nurse
at OCD and her team, Maggie Kennedy and Lilly Klingenberger for leading
the effort.

Thank you to Marilyn At Studio 34 on Elton Street. She, her team of
staff and volunteers gave us the training required to make beautiful
jewelry. She was very generous with the supplies we needed.
Special thanks to an 8 year old boy named John who had a birthday part
with 40 children and ask for no gifts for him but to bring a children's
book that was donated to Strong Children hospital in Katie's name.
Thank you to Lilly Klingenberger and the Eastside's Quilting Guild who have been
making quilts as well as donating fabric and supplies to the group that
make the Day star quilts. Each child, when they leave Daystar at 3 years
old is given a beautiful handmade quilt.
My thanks to Father Peter at St. Johns Church for allowing us to use
space at the school as jewelry workshop.
My heart felt thanks to the many old and new friends that have
volunteered to make the jewelry - giving up many Sunday and hours
working at home.
I feel blessed to have the support of these kind and giving individuals

Daystar
~ Where Love Shines:
Daystar is a daycare
in Pittsford, NY for infants from up to three years old who live with
serious illnesses and helps them reach their full potential.
Katie had many things
she loved - one was small children - this is an organization she would
be proud to support.
